Become Your Best Self

Sometimes it can be difficult to find balance with all the demands of life. Often times that means we forget to take care of ourselves while we are so busy taking care of everyone else. Together we can work toward achieving your Best Self where you feel more balanced, mentally and physically. I work with adults of all backgrounds. We can incorporate movement and nutrition to support our traditional therapeutic process. We will work together to create a positive self-image, develop healthy coping skills, create positive thought patterns, and build a strong support system. I look forward to taking that first step together.
