Trauma

Trauma can happen at any point in someone’s life. Maybe for you, those experiences happened in childhood. Or perhaps as a young adult. Or maybe even in combat while in service. Regardless of when it happened, it can be difficult to deal with alone. I will work alongside you to talk through those difficult times and explore how those experiences are impacting you currently. We will work together to gain a sense of freedom and acceptance of those experiences.

Anxiety

If you often find yourself worrying about all the “things” all the time, you may be experiencing anxiety. Anxiety is an uncontrollable sense of worry that can invade different parts of your life. Together we will work on identifying what might be the source/s of that anxiety as well as learn ways to calm your mind and body.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching involves working with individuals on improving their physical health through changes in nutrition and movement. I can provide wellness coaching as an independent service. For clients engaged in therapy, there may be opportunities to integrate wellness goals to compliment the psychotherapy work being done. I often hear from clients that aspects of their physical health make them feel negatively about themselves or contribute to their anxiety or depression. By working on improving physical health, you can improve how you feel and how you view yourself.
